Object tracker quest lists and grid

I have issue with new interface only on 1 character (druid Serebra Ragnaros):

  1. object tracker is ENORMOUS
  2. it sticks automatically to the left
  3. Edit mode’s grid consist only of 4 cells
  4. I have other minor issues like stance bar reseting to the wrong positions after I try to save.

I tried:
reloading UI
disabling ALL addons
using preset made on another character and “Modern preset” which are fine on another character
restarting the game
Windowed/Full screen mode.

Any more suggestions?
