Obliterate animation bugged on female night-elf

The Obliterate skill animation is bugged for me on female night-elf. The core animation is intact but the “hit” sound and particle effect is non existent, and the damage number is delayed with about a second. Can anyone else confirm they are experiencing this as well?

Edit: It says Orc DK under my name because I made one to test the animation on that, idk why it chooses that character for my post, I am new to the forum.

sound file my be affected by addons ?

Well it’s not just the sound, also the hitting particle effect. And I use no addons
