Can you please increase the chance to proc runes with obliteration? 30% is really low. And also during pillar of ice increase the chance that runic empowerment will proc?

It’s extremely annoying to sit in the middle of an obliteration window with 0 rune procs.

I honestly don’t agree, it’s not that frost doesn’t pull the numbers, it’s just a problem with quality of life.
