Obliterum removed in 9.1, how to upgrade Alchemist Stone

Hey so it seems in the new 9.1 patch Obliterum has been removed from the game, it’s not a grey item that has “lost its power” however my Alchemist Stone from the legion era still shows it can be upgraded by Obliterum. The problem is the guy who deals with it in Dalaran is also gone now, so there’s no way I know to do it.

Is my stone stuck where it is? Should this have not been adjusted when the Item was removed? I’m not hugely fussed, it’s more curiosity than anything!
