Obsidian Collar doesn't let you apply sockets

Hello Support,

For some reason “Tiered Medallion” Setting doesn’t work with “Obsidian Collar(389ilvl)”
But we are able to use Tiered Medallion on lower ilvl BOE necks from the AH and other lower ilvl necks?

Gotta be a bug.

Hope it gets fixed for everyone who farmed rep for the neck before raid gets released.

Hello Ubinax,

We can confirm that this is a bug and is currently being investigated by the Developers. A fix is being worked on but we don’t have an ETA at this time. For now, we recommend keeping an eye on our website and hotfix notes for updates!

Might as well wait for an m+ drop higher/better than the wrathion neck and apply the sockets there /shrug

really need an update to be fair, too long for response, will it be fixed tomorrow?

I dont think that the neck is their number 1 priority right now, most necks from low-ish keys are better anyway, just wait till one drops I guess.

We’ve recently deployed a fix to allow for the Obsidian Collar to be eligible for socket upgrades. This change is retroactive to previously obtained collars upon logging out and back into the client.
