Oculus Preparations 5th Mission Unavailable

Greetings,

I’m currently stuck at the following point in the Legion Mage Class Hall quest chain: “When There’s a Will, There’s a Way - Oculus Preparations: On The Offensive”.

I’ve completed 4/5 of the “Oculus Preparations” missions but the 5th and final one won’t even show up on my mission board.

The reason I’m going through old content is to get the Mage Class Hall mount - so please let me know if there’s another way to get it.
