I noticed logging into the character screen everything look very sluggish and slow, like the background and the character movement was very odd. I decided to restart as I just updated my Nvidia drivers before launching the game.
Upon restart It appeared to the same at the login screen and also once in the game. Things really didn’t look right, fortunately I have a good understanding of my graphic settings and I would never accidentally change something or modify something without noticing, so I noticed right away that Max Foreground FPS was set to 0.
Had I been less knowledge of graphic settings and computers in general I might have tried all kinds of things and hours troubleshooting without noticing a simple setting that I think an average player would overlook. So I don’t know what triggered this but I never experienced a setting being changed randomly like that.
