Oh No, Ohn'ahra! quest bug

TLDR: The cutscene doesn’t start, so I cant complete the quest.

I’ve tried abandoning and retrying this quest well over 50 times now to no avail.

Sometime between the 3rd and 4th rune, a cutscene should appear, after which I can hand in the quest. However, no matter how I do this quest, Boku gets to the last rune and will stand chanelling it forever. I never get a cutscene.

I’ve tried killing the mobs slowly, and I’ve tried killing the mobs quickly. I’ve tried doing the quest with others nearby doing it, and tried it by myself. I’ve tried it as part of a group, and tried it solo. I’ve tried it with all addons disabled. I’ve tried leaving the zone and coming back. I’ve tried relogs & /reloadui. I’ve stood around in the area for hours doing nothing. I just never get a cutscene.

If this was a side quest I’d leave it, but it’s a main quest and I cant move forward (or open world quests) while I’m stuck here.

I have opened a ticket, but am still waiting for an answer…

Bugs aren’t reported via ticket. They are reported via the bug reporting tool.

My hunter is also stuck on Ohn’ara Plains progress because of this same bug.

Yes I have reported it via the bug reporter, but the more people that correctly report it, the sooner the developers will notice.

21 days later, several hotfixes and patches later the quest is still bugged and can’t be finished.

Multi milion dollar company btw. :slight_smile:
