i’m a returning player. when logging in i don’t see any of my old characters. i tried everything in Article ID: 8295 without success, but it’s been a while since i played so i had to guess the realm i used to play on. not 100% if i moved characters back then. i also noticed i have 2 wow accounts for some reason, i activated WOW1 since i presumed that was the oldest.
whenever i try to make a support ticket i get an error, is there another way to get help with this or should i just cut my losses?
