Old characters not connected to tarrenmill

Hello,

i started playing again since about 5 years. i used to play on dentarg realm. i started a new character and this char is connected to dentarg and tarrenmill. All my old chars including this one cannot join guilds from the tarrenmill realm. if i want to send mails to tarrenmill players the names of tarrenmill players cannot be found.

any idea what i am doing wrong?
