Old Content Scaling after the patch

Hello!

Since this latest patch, I have experiencing scaling issues in SL content. For example in the Necrotic Wake, the bosses requires 3x-4x more time to kill. Feels like I do less dmg then before, and for example my 499ilvl hunter got hit huge by the abominations at the third boss room, which I never experienced before.

Wish leveling dungeons would be like that, still same mindless pull all and aoe fest.

In our ill fated Sanctum of Domination Mythic run everything took longer to kill. We even had phases.

Its unacceptable. They must fix this sh*t show.

Go play classic for that, if you miss it, I don’t, also even in Classic, people have found ways of heavy aoe farms, and dungs going ham, Mage Aoe, Shaman cleave, warrior, etc,

jailer LFR has 2.5x more hp and still drops 0-1 items :frowning:

Dragon Soul gear was item level 124 yesterday, now it’s 189 so they’ve been tweaking numbers somewhere.
My level 51 troll shaman in mostly DS gear did find it a bit easier today. Although the Blazing Drake is as elusive as ever…

Molten Core gear went from 90 to 148 too.

I solo the Shadowlands raid Sepulcher of the First Ones in LFR every week, it’s been a breeze until the TWW pre-patch. Now I can’t even do it, I just keep dying and everything takes atleast a few minutes extra to kill if I even manage, I can’t get to the boss I need anymore. I hope this change is not here to stay!

Even in WoW Remix. I’m currently leveling up a resto shaman and remember her haste stat was around 30% and speed was 20% + and when I logged in today haste was down on 9% and I only had 9% speed… All the other stats were also a whole lot less than before the reset. At first I thought it was a gems or gear issue and took everything off and equipped it again but no changes. Other classes though like my DH hasn’t had any changes, but I’m not surprised it’s like their crown prince class.

Todays patch just killed off the remix. Seriously, killing stuff just took so long I got real bored very quick. I had to stop the first fight cus the screen started to flash red immediately. I upgraded the gear expecting it to get better, but it was just annoyingly slow. Quite a distinct change from the last few weeks. Never mind.

I logged into my normal account, updated talents [ yawn ], put my action bars back and clocked how to get rid of the silly dragon nonsense, and was pleasantly surprised how quickly the level bars were advancing. I’m about to ding 70… cool and hardly did anything. Much appreciated. Kinda kills the mix off now I guess.

It wouldn’t surprise me if this dungeon has already been rebalanced for Season 1 M+

same thing happened at df prepatch too. wow is just a game of history repeating itself

There were some hotfixes which will hopefully make it easier to solo. :slightly_smiling_face:

  • Reduced the health and damage of all Battle For Azeroth raid bosses by approximately 40%.

  • Reduced the health and damage of Shadowlands raid bosses by approximately 65%.
