I am expiriencing an old right click + turn camera problem …
I have tried UI reset, turning browser acceleration, turning of unneeded applications…
but the problem still persists …

yes im getting the exact same thing. Also a sustained lag spike every 10 secs or so. Think i should come back in a few days and see how it is then.
Try disabling Atlasloot or your addons and see if it’s fixed. It fixed my issue. Also try the command /fstack to see what may be where you are clicking!

I have made full UI reset, there is no addons present in games, gona try this /fstack command and see what it does!

I have tried useing /fstack command, and anchoring mouse to part ofscreen where there is no frames, and the behaviour is the same, it simply doesent stic… Especialy if you try to do like fast turn, if you do it in like tiurttle manned it kinda works…
Disable vsync and see if that fixes your problem. (Settings->Graphics)
It may also help with the “floaty camera” issue.

I found solution on US forums. Overally if someone have binds on mouse button 4/5 (side buttons on mouses), the binds almost not working since patch - right?
Solution is not turning addons off, because its still not working after this.
Solution for me was hint from US forums:
I was having problems looting things and interacting with NPCs. I found a new option under Interface /Controls “Open loot windows at mouse” Unchecked that and now my mouse works perfectly.
So the thing is that option, try untick this, and You will see. For me it helped instantly. My side buttons working pretty good now, like before.
The “Open loot window at mouse” is not new, as I’ve been using that for years and years. I’m not experiencing any issues with my side buttons even with that option enabled. I’m glad it is resolved for you, but I doubt this is the underlying cause.
Same problem, right click seems like it’s losing the activity randomly when you rotate while holding the button… tried all the solution nothing worked.

I have the same issue. Got a Razer Nage Trinity, 4 months old. Tried reinstalling Windows, reinstalling WoW, with and without addons, I’ve tried every setting in Razer Synapse 3 and disableling all overlays. The issue is even there with a fresh WoW and only battle.net installed.
The issue is ONLY in WoW, I can play other games, RDR2, GTAV, Overwatch and others. In all those games, there is NO issue with the right mouse button in those games. I can even hold down right mouse button in Paint and draw unendning circles without any holes in the lines. I’ve tried online Mouse tests without any issues.
Got the issue on a brand new Zowie mouse as well.
So the issue is definately NOT mouse related.
Blizzard, it’s about time you take this issue seriously! There are LOADS of people having this issue for YEARS now.
The issue is there in Retail, but is MUCH worse in Classic.
A guildie of mine has the same issue with a brand new Logitech mouse as wel.
Please help us, this is making the game uplayable.
