Old warrior soul- Saurfang

Hey folks

I was thinking today about old warrior soul trinket how will never drop for me even if i farm him for monts on almost all dificultys. And i get to a idea about lore. Is there any lore conection to that trinket and saurfang. My conection come when i rember that one of saurfang video storys was called old solider and since sylvana kill saurfang is there posibilty that he capture his soul in trinket .

Any know any more about this ? or is just my imagination.

There was some talk about this back when it was first discovered.
We don’t really know. Many assume it’s Saurfang and it could be.
However the picture of the item is depicting a blademaster. So yeah, who knows?

It’s what’s implied. Sylvanas took him. Bwonsamdi told Zekhan in shadow’s rising that Saurfang was with his family but it’s an obvious lie.
