Played with Omen Of Clarity for 2 hours now - 0 procs. I guess its buggeD?
Works perfectly fine on my Druid.
Did you activate it?
It’s not a permanent buff in Classic, you have to activate it & it only lasts 10 minutes.
Wow. Guess that must be why, had no idea it wasn’t a procc like in retail
