I have been farming OCE trinket (heroic) more than 4 months (21 kills), still no luck yet. Not even the great vault give me. So please, think about it! Everyone want that trinket, also melee, caster and healer which it means it is SUPER hard to get that trinket.
It is not smart like this way so I advise you to make different trinket for melee, caster & healer instead of all can use OCE trinket. Thanks!
Make sure to do the timewalking quest each week especially while Tubular Timeways is active. I got the 428 (Upgradable to 441) version of this last week in the reward box from that quest. That’s at least another chance to get it 
I got it from the weekly on my lock as well. Shame it’s a bad trinket for her LOL
Funny! The great vault gave me 3 trinkets this week, but where is OCE trinket? LOL
This won’t help you, but I finally got OCE in the last ID from my vault, and then another one from the Timewalk chest
