ON EU realms: World of warcraft realms will be unavailable in your region from the january 23rd

So when i try and log in i get the message that my toons has been locked and i need to download the data locally to save them for the future.

This was the message that blizzard sent to their chinese users.

Now the same message is show on EU realms whats going on

im having the same issue, i have no idea whats going on. i sent blizzard a mail about this but we will see if they even will answere x )
