On EU, Solo Shuffle requires 473 ilvl. This is clearly an oversight since u cannot get 473 ilvl at the moment

On NA people are able to queue Solo Shuffle so it is clearly an EU bug.

473 would be the new requirement for Season 3 so looks like that might have changed over a little early.
