on one char still cant convert whelpling quests to drakes quests even though gear level is over 489 for weeks why
Link the character.
I’ve had that happen before. On one occasion it was because a crafted item was not being counted correctly, equipping a non crafted item solved that. I’ve also had it where a ring (or might of been trinket) didn’t get counted but i was able to trigger it by swapping the them round in the slots.
May be worth trying to see if either of those help.
