On screen quest log frozen

My quest log that appears below the mini map will not update on my one char. If I /reload it updates but I don’t get quest pop ups and world quest % bars etc, it’s a pain in the butt! It happened on my mage too and I found a long bit of command text to enter in the chat box that fixed it on reddit but I haven’t been able to find it again.

Heya,

It looks like one or more of your addons is causing a bit of trouble for you. Please go through the steps to clear your UI (addons) completely and retest once more afterwards.

Edit: I selectively deleted files in the wtf folder and error message has gone. However the quest tracker still won’t update. I can click to track/untrack quests and nothing changes. It’s interactive in that you can click on the quest but it never changes.

Wouldn’t that reset all my addon settings, all my weakaruas, vuhdo setup, tsm setup?? That’s hours and hours of work.
