I know it’s not really a warlock’s main problem, but it would be truly epic if the Dreadsteed of Xoroth could be dusted off with an HD model and serve as a flying mount along the lines of the Legion mount class.
I am very fond of this mount, I still remember that I had to wait for the Christmas holidays to make an agreement with some friends I met on WoW for the final summoning of Dire Maul… what memories…
I’d like to see it’s textures updated too, though not so bothered about it being able to fly.
Our class quests back then were some of the most fun ones i remember even though the mount chain was long and expensive. I remember being called up to do that summon for many locks on AD, becuase i was one of very few at the time that had the items needed for it.
please for the love of god no it looks pretty as it is also the whole point of us getting the legion mounts was THAT THEY ARE UPDATED VERSION OF THAT EXACTLY and we get to keep the normal one at the same time… (thankfully)
The legion mounts are very different. I wouldn’t want the original to be updated like that, no new armor or anything added or removed, just the quality of the textures updated to look less blurry/pixelated.
I would simply like the Dreadsteed model to be simply rendered in HD and with more polygons, and obviously that it could act as a flying mount.
I’m not saying to overturn the design of the old model
Oh I see what you mean now, the flying could be cool we even see Dreadsteeds fly in the quest from idk what patch with Madam Shadow
