The very first t8 did hit me hard. But, i simply went as slow as possible with small pulls to counter that. Then i got 603 item which made next t8 a bit easier. Then another 603, and another, and another.

That’s what it was like for me and certain bosses were impossible as the AOE hit so hard I was using all my CDs then having nothing left. I needed Last Resort for bosses on my VDH. I said pre Delve release that I thought Delves would need tanks.
Regarding all the M+ being killed by Delves stuff it isn’t believable to me that Blizzard didn’t see any of what has happened coming. So it’s making me think something is brewing behind the scenes.
I think a Key should have a Cooldown of 30 mins which is reset if the dungeon is completed (either timed or untimed). It only Increases if Timed, no depletion if untimed nor uncompleted.
This would prevent the whole restarting the dungeon over and over thing.
Still no matter the suggestion someone will find some minor niggle that will dismiss the whole notion of trying to improve M+.
