I’ve read a lot of complaints that are pertaining to key depletion, which made me think:
What if we had a master key which is used to generate specific keys?
Once player completes(in time) a dungeon at the specific difficulty, they can to generate a key for that same dungeon at the next dificulty.
Generated key is depleted, no problem player can to generate another one. Basicaly it would serve as a form of a bad luck protection.
Of course, some charging mechanism should to exist to prevent, for the lack of a better term “over-targeting” the specific dungeons.
IDK, two charges per dungeon per day should be reasonable.
Of course, dungeons being five persons instances leveling that “master key” should to be possible by joining other people’s keys and not only by playing player’s own one.
UI panel would have to be made. Right clicking on the master key opens the panel with the icons of all dungeons for generating the keys. Something like that.
edit: Basically the goal would be to level the master key, and m+ score would be the reflection of a master key state.
People who want to burn their lives to nothing with leavers, depletion, never getting into groups and all the other stuff they love can continue to do that.
People who hate those things and want to just pick a level, have some fun with their pals or alone and get some loot can do Delves.
They’re painted into a corner. They’ve made a mode that effectively shines the Light of Heaven on the issues in M+ while also having none of those issues.
They nerfed delves until they became lucrative compared to anything that resembles a challenge. If they increase the rewards and the difficulty, the same will happen again.
If everyone was clearing them why was there whining and why did blizzard nerf them several times?
And why are people suggesting to others now to farm delves instead of M+ because it’s easier?
