"One or more dungeons was not valid"

When I try to list my m+ key, I get the following error message: “one or more dungeons was not valid”. And because I do not have a competitive rating, I do not get accepted into groups (even stupidly low keys, well below my ilvl). Long story short: I CANNOT PLAY, BLIZZARD, AND I HIGHLY SUSPECT YOU CREATED THIS ‘BUG’ ON PURPOSE TO BULLY ME INTO GETTING THE AUTHENTICATOR APP. AGAIN. Not the first time you’ve tried to bully me into getting it, but this is a step too far. I never expected a respectable company like you to resort to such dishonest tactics, and yet here we are. Either make this **** compulsory and say it up front, or make sure it actually stays optional. DO WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN, SO THAT PEOPLE CAN MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS ABOUT THEIR SUBSCRIPTIONS. As it is now, I simply feel robbed. I pay monthly for a game I rarely get to play, and when I do find the time to play it, it’s only to discover I’ve been secretly barred from some of the most accessible end-game content all along. It is a good old scam! And no, I won’t reward you with my personal info (i.e., the real purpose behind that “authenticator app”) for coming up with such a dishonest, underhanded ploy!

Chill - It’s a bug

It’s a bug people are going through at the moment, authenticator or not. Relax. Blizz can’t get more info off the “authenticator app” than you’ve already given them by playing the game or having a Battlenet account at all anyways.

You’re probably trying to list a DOTI key. If you are:

  • Start the listing on your key.
  • Manually select the key from the drop down menu, even if it has set the right one.
  • You should then be able to list your group.

Do this if this presents itself even if the key selected automatically is the right one you have, and even if this presents for other keys. Then you should be able to list. I’ve had this glitch myself as has a friend of mine and doing this fixed it for us both. Try that first.

" Blizz can’t get more info off the “authenticator app” than you’ve already given them by playing the game or having a Battlenet account at all anyways." > That’s simply not true. They want to link your account to a phone number, among other things (when you download the app you give them permission to access a whole bunch of other stuff).

And your workaround does not work for anyone who does not have the app: we cannot manually select the key from the drop-down menu. It’s all deliberate. It’s not the first time a mythic dungeon bug only affects people who haven’t downloaded the app. It happened before and it is all deliberate. I contacted CS and they did not swap my key for one that is not bugged, which any CS in any game would have done if the “bug” was actually a bug, and not an underhanded ploy to force us to download the app.

The problem with their approach is that i have all this bullsh*t set up, but still can not list this key

Seriously, I still can’t queue that stp1d dungeon, WITH authenticator and all. I have to queue for the other dungeon and manually write in the title we’re going for this other one…

I have the same problem with Galakrond’s fall but if I manually select it from the dungeon list and manually write the group name, it works.

It’s kinda staggering the amount of bugs that came with 10.2

can confirm same issue same dungeon it only seems to affect galakrond’s fall

This worked for me also, make sure you write the title!

this is not a bug, this is deliberate act to piss off people who didn’t authorize
