I’ve out of the game in 2021. Return. And time will play. I saw so many video on Youtube how good will be PvP in this expansion (TWW). But still same sh1t. Sorry.
In fact the same problem as always. Is the gear lvl. Some times I go on BG and stats at the ends shows something like Alliance have 50+ Honorable kills and Horde 2-3 or revert situation. Whatever… You can’t make your level merging system a bit better? I do not speaking equalize everything, but at least not “one shot”!
I really do not understand. Delves, alts leveling, gear upgrades, etc… so many good things and… so bad PvP matchups again.
Btw, I can transfer my honor (warband) but most valuable resource you still need to grind for hours…
low level bgs have been about hunters and rogues one shotting people since 2004. the advice back then is the same now - level up, or join in. you can twink if you want to, you can reroll and be the guy one shotting people. i twinked back in Cata and had fun tanking people and 1v5ing on a disc priest twink, but again, if you don’t want to be one shot as a warrior, gotta level up and get some gear. warriors are great at max right now with gear.
No, i don’t think it’s about class. When I am Fury or Feral rogues dies. I think pretty ok balance now, except frost mages and monks. I am speaking about healt points, because of gear. And damage. Huge different. Uncomfortable. I liked how it was in Legion, because PvP it’s about sport. Once again: I do not think that absolutelly equalize gear necessary. Just make it smoother. Not “one shot”.
If you have poor gear you have to focus on control, support , survivability and other ways to help your team.
It’s a bit harder than winning when you can pump high damage but there is often something you can do if you are faster than the average player looking at the minimap etc.
I do not have poor gear. But I have alts. And that’s sucks. Because you can’t enjoy game, you enforced me grind and play 1 character. When you are in BG you see your ilvl and like equalized ilvl, but for example feral has 5000+ ehp, and feral opponent 7000 or so… HOW?! And more important why?
Maybe devs can’t create normal algoritm to matching gear lvls? I still enjoy the game, but just can’t accept that fact that they for 20 years do not learn how to do PvP?

the internet is a very commeretic environment and youtubers are not gamers but content creators who do it for a living just like streamers, they are liars. Don’t listen to the content creators. They are usually paid by the game company or just make videos for profit. So if you see everywhere how amazing and wonderful something is, I would avoid it.
Ion Hazzikostas does not care. He stares at Raid Addons. Mana should matter, Resources should matter, Mobility should matter. Game is boring and communities have been destroyed.
@blizzard stop that. Play PvP against hunters and mages and monks today is so badly… even overbuffed Fury warrior (as people says) not so good. Fix the bugs.
I really go off PvP. I have updated gear but 7/8, anyway it’s not rookie. I think when only reach 80 ppl will suffer a lot. 20 years of game! How is that stupid development even possible?!
