Bug reports can also be filed in-game in World of Warcraft®. Reports submitted in this fashion will not receive a response. Instead, they’ll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
To report a bug in-game:
In Shadowlands
Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
Click Support .
Click Submit feedback or bug report .
Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
Thanks for reporting this issue to us, and sorry for the confusion it caused. We will make sure to get that error corrected, as EU WoW players can’t post on the US forums without an active US account.
Chronoml has the right answer though, you can still make bug reports in-game through the Help section.
Yes, but why should we need to level a character we’ll never play when we have a perfectly good way to report bugs. It’s just the EU Support page that needs fixing.
So many responses, telling me I am wrong, but none are actually answering the 2 points I made.
I do understand that I can post a report ingame, but I don’t understand why eu players cannot post a bug report via the first option given in the post (forum). It really feels like I am a less valued customer, treating me like I am a retard does not improve on that feeling.
LOL I’ve asked the same question for years. And forum is different from in game bug report. In forum it can be discussed!!! Because mainly “bugs” that you’ve been asked to report from a helpless GM somewhere else, are actually not bugs, but a game designers mistakes that need discussion. “In game” reports are like "lost in translation " for me. Nobody is sure do they exist…
