as the title says… all my retail chars have disappeared, i’ve logged out and few times and even waited 24 hours to see if that resolved it but nothing…
any ideas?
try a complete clear of your browser… Like delete your browser history your cache site settings. Everything.
Had something similar happen to me with fire fox. I couldn’t select character or even log in to the forums at times
A full delete of everything worked.
If it doesn’t work try and see if it works with Windows edge.
It’s happening to me since weeks, on and off. Right now the only character I can switch to is my infamous Classic character Cheesegrater. Thankfully it kept Starney, but I can’t change anymore. Also when they come back, usually I just can’t switch character anymore, even if they show up.
Did that multiple times, the problem always seems to come back lately.
Hmm it doesn’t always work for me either. But changing browser sometimes help.
I was unable to log into the forums even. until i did a full delete of the browser history and cache and stuff.

This time it worked, and I can also switch characters again… until next time I guess.

Seen lots of complaints about this over the last week.
very weird, i changed browser and it’s showing one of my retails characters but I’m unable to reply or post on the forums… who knows!
what i have seen is that log out and log in for several times help with this problem .but i dont have any classic character as i only play retail so i am not sure if this method will work for u
What if I am using mobile app for forum? How to solve that?
You can delete you cache and browser settings on your phone too. See if that helps.
I have the same issue, that’s why I’m posting on this guy.
It’s currently being investigated, lets hope it’s easy to fix.

Same problem, but I guess it links with the armory which has been up and down for the last few weeks as well. Just waiting for now
I got my Retail characters back by doing the following:
1: Log out of the forum
2: Clear Browser cache & delete all WoW cookies.
3: Log in on Mobile device.
4: logged in on Browser & my Retail characters were back.
It’s not right! I’m starting to feel a dysphoria with my identity… who am I!!?
On my phone and computer I can access them all but on my iPad only classic
