Oops something went wrongBattlenet mobile app

Hi guys, I am still getting this error even though I’ve tried everything that I managed to find on the forum and on the internet. These are the steps that I have taken in order to resolve this issue.
*Of course, the answer that I got from the blizzard support team was totally wrong and not related to the issue I am facing.
My android version is 10

-Stopped the battle net app
-Cleared cache and storage
-Uninstall the app
-Cleared chrome cache and saved passwords on my phone
-Restart my phone
-Downloaded the app
-Cleared cache and storage again
-Log in on the app

After the log in it either goes to endless loop of “connecting”, that ends up in “oops something went wrong”, or it goes directly to “oops something went wrong”.
My battle net account says that I have inactive authenticator.

I just hope the issue is not my old phone and old version of Android

Do you have Google Chrome app enabled and set as default on your phone? I’ve seen some comments that having for example Firefox as default can cause that error with the B-net app.

As for version of Android, can’t see that being the issue as it says it works with 5.0 and up. Based on the amount of people that seem to have this issue, I doubt it’s your phone either.

Thank you for the reply. I only use Chrome on my phone. If the web browser can be the cause for this issue I will try and reinstall Chrome as well. See if that might work.
