Hi team, could you please open all torghast wings? Doesn’t seem to make sense to keep two wing rotation and have people wait for a month to get legendary recipe on alt
Unless your goal is to have all ppl just farm rifts endlessly, which I guess would be quickest alternative to waiting till wing you need is actually on rotation.
Or alternatively make legge recipes drop from other sources as well, so all could drop from raids / dungs / weekly jailer efforts quest or sth.

Might actually run more Torghast if they just opened up all the wings.

You can get the legendary from Twisting Corridors, or through the Condictor or Korthia legendary power lottery. You do not have to wait weeks on an alt.
With that said, having all wings open all the time would make sense at this point, yes.

There hasn’t been need for that since the release of twisting corridors.
Has not been like that for months now i mean 
I remember when players spammed a specific dungeon for their BiS memory before Nathria opened, because it took 15+ runs to get them with a crazy low drop chance… Reddit was full of outrage 
You can go into twisting corridors for the legendary memories that drops from torghast. Just reset it until you get the wing you want and then kill first boss.

As of 9.1.5, all legendary recipe drops are 100%.

Yes you can do that but I never liked twisted corridors and don’t have layer three unlocked. Which means I would need to do 2 layers 18 floors each - hours of torghast - and it’s the old version of torghast too o think, no blessings no empowerment, old school boring kg torghast - 36 floors plus 6 of the one I actually need.
Still don’t get why you would need to do content you hate to get shlth you need for other content, this doesn’t seem like a good design.
