Unlikely. It is not like being touched by void or fel powers. They’re fundamentally altered on a biological level. It is, ontop of that, not even the real state of existance the ritual was meant to accomplish - it was meant to make them like the void etheraels. This was a botched/interrupted ritual that made them the way they are.
Not entirely certain if it has been mentioned in this thread as of yet, however there is an example of a Satyr being cleansed by a sacrificial ritual for Elune in Ashenvale - and subsequently reverting back to his Night Elven form. I’m certain that if a Demon can undo his corrupted state, so too can a Void Elf.

Cured? You speak as if they are diseased, but then again they are. Only real cure in lore is death.
I wish there was a cure for this, but there just isn’t. The only thing i could think of that would leave the velf alive, would be some sort of time reversal spell, that would reverse the DNA of the elf back to before they were elves. Otherwise, i don’t think there’s any cure for the elfness.

An important thing to note isn’t just whether it’s possible, but should we as players make that decision? Considering the ramifications it would have for all void elves to suddenly discover it can be reversed, I think it’s something best left untouched to avoid making too much of an impact on a lore faction. We’re supposed to avoid doing that.
Thread is kinda dead but I’ll remark again that this was purely for the interest and entertainment of a good debate. It was not intended as an excuse to actually do it.
I do believe that our Void consumed friends may be liberated from their choices, either by death, cleansing or abandonment. I do NOT believe there is a cure, as this is a power they have accepted, willingly taken to the void.
Even I, feel uncertain on how to react on them, so many are treated with a feeling of half handed trust if anything - they are after all a small speaker for the void now.
The better question is, how can we corrupt convert the rest of elf kind to the loving embrace of our true masters?
