Open Orientation: Maruukai and Iskaara buggedo on boosted 70?

Hello; I'm trying to finish the quest Open Orientation, I completed Orientation: Dragonscale Basecamp and Orientation: Valdrakken fine but i'm unable to do Maruukai and Iskaara steps.

My renowns with both factions are very high and i’ve done most quests.
The NPCs are there and sparkling but they don’t give me the dialogue option to do the Orientation.
Anyone that could help me ? I’ve tried dropping the quest and re-picking it. Doing dailies and all campaign quests for those 2 factions but nope still can’t get the Orientation.

I only have this character.

Afew hours after making this thread these quests have showed up somehow.
Didn’t do any related quests, Weird.
