You cant do this, nobody doing Mechagon, LFG is empty, nothing. It is like dead for Alliance! How are you supposed to unlock Mechagnome Allied Race then? Remove it, please!

You don’t actually have to complete the dungeon to get credit for this, but if you talk to Prince Erazmin again after picking up the quest, you’ll get the option to skip it.
Go forth and embrace your inner Mechagnome!

I talked to Prince Erazmin when I already have that quest, nothing so I abandoned the quest. Now I cant get quest again. He doesnt give the quest and cant talk to Prince Eramin. Tinkmaster Overspark doesnt give any quest in Mechagon.
Travel to Stormwind Embassy, Boralus and mechagon. No clue where to retake that quest. It is Draenei Female Mality on Twisting-Nether.

Question about Kul Tiras, is there any skip to do all quests or you have to do it? I have done all on horde.
As far as I know, the only things you can skip are dungeon quests.
