Opinion to Gnom Raid

What is your Opinion to the Gnomeregan Raid?
Too easy? Too hard? A nice Challenge?
What Boss did you enjoy?
Which one is bad designed?
Did you know where to go?

Overall it is a very nice raid.
Mechanics were interesting and required some attention, but the overall tuning seems a little too low.
It wasn’t exactly hard, and this is 3 days into p2 with no gear or experience.

Last boss takes too long, it’s gonna be a drag after a few weeks/months of this.

Basicly ez for cordinated group up to last boss for pugs might struggle until they learn what each thing do but else pretty good raid

It was fun imo, atleast this one feels more as a raid then BFD did!

I can see why some will struggle abit in here becuase I think its harder then BFD but its 100% doable.

I really hope they do not nerf the last boss becuase it was acually a really fun fight!

Well progressing will be hard if u have casuals in raid, puging will be almost imposible in my opinion.
First 3 bosses r doable, 4 Crowd Pummler will be dead ppl but after him Mehanical M. there is test in what grp you r. Raid suffer a lot dmg overall and stacking 2 same healers will be dumb in my opinion u will need one priest and one resto druid ( if blizzard dont nerf wg ofc xD )

I was in pug last night with resto and lead take another resto :joy_cat: We could not pass Mehanical M and grp disbanded.
Raid reminds me of Ulduar + mechagon maga dungeon from bfa.

Overall is fun but also challenging for some people. And this is a raid where u defo don’t want to stack mele in my opinion.

Yes Gnom is a lot harder than bfd.
It is doable with the loot from bfd but it is way too hard for a 3 day lockout at least for now.
I dont see any Pug group to be able to finish the Raid. 3/6 bosses at max.
You need enough ranged dps + one of the ranges need to do calls for boss 4 and 6.
I’m pretty surw that gnom will be tuned down a lot when the 3 day lockout begins.

Last boss bomb is bad design, having 1 player forced to sacrify itself and do 0 boss damage the whole fight is super bad design. Bombs spawn to fast.

The spider boss is also badly designed because it force you to play with 6 ranged DPS otherwise it’s just random and chaotic because melee can not really soak properly when it’s about getting max range …

We had the healers pressing buttons on cd.
And 3 ranged dps who are closing the ones with bombs plus 2 extra meeles with sprints if the open bomb is too far away or the ranges are on cd/dead.
We got the kill on our first real try with all consumes and good calling.
Before that we had 5 tries for testing and 1 time the boss bugged out he was still active after wipe and killed us outside the boss zone…

The Spiderboss is also a challenge you need one dps who is calling switches and yeah as you said 6 ranged people. For least dmg loss.
