At the moment not.
You could use head armor that hides it.

Would love to be able to get rid of this effect or have it so it’s just there during combat. Don’t like walking around with these details on my elf!

No. Hero talents are an extension of the talent tree.
That you choose for.

Sadly this looks like where all the effort went. Screw the fact Holy is very bad at the moment but at least you have glowy eyes
If we at last could adjust the colour per glyph
But disc plays voidweaver, Oracle is significantly behind…

Ah my bad, im afraid you’re stuck with glowing eyes then.
I (and others) don’t have to be stuck if the Devs simply fix what is without a doubt a bug. Surely it wasn’t intended to be a permanent visual effect.
Thats fair, but since Holy also has access to Oracle and Blizzard is making an active effort to ignore anything to do with holy priests, you might have to wait a while.
