Oracle nerf uncalled for, buff other healers instead. (m+)

I understand the “meta” ruins the fun for a lot of people by not getting invites from these “meta monkeys” but this Oracle nerf was too much and it targeted the wrong spells.

A spec that is only doing good healing with Penance > PW:S and has one of the (if not the) worst DPS, for blizzard to target these specific spells completely annihilates the feel of this spec. Only to get compensated with atonement which Oracle don’t care about as much.

Historically people really enjoyed their penance and strong PW:S, it has been the core foundation of this spec for many years. You brought it back with Oracle, one of the greater things you have done for the spec! (only for it to get ruined a few weeks after)

I think other healers could’ve been buffed (for m+ specifically). We don’t want another healer drought because the fun is squeezed out of the role.

Disc did need a nerf. To get the other healer spec up to disc would be more work. So nerfing disc a little is better. Now disc is in line with other healers and they are still strong.

Something that lets you put a 6-8 mil shield on someone can’t be balanced unless every other healer gets similar damage prevention (which would amount to 35-50% negation on a short-ish CD). And that would be extremely bad because the skill floor for healers, which is already pretty high, would skyrocket as soon as damage catches up to require that to be used effectively - and that would lead to a heavy healer drought.
