Is it working or I am getting cheap shot, cheap shot, cheap shot, kidney shot no DR from 100 to 0 ?
I am 448 iLvL, maybe I need 2 more iLvL gear ?
P.S. While the rogue eviscerates my orc who can’t do anything because he gains combo points ?
Wait, your racial just reduces stun duration, it doesn’t change DR mechanics.
If it reduces stun duration by 20% (not sure it’s real PVP value) it means 1st cheap shot 3,2 sec, 2nd 1,6 sec, 3rd 0,8 sec and 4th 0 sec (immune for 18 sec after 3rd stun duration ended).
For some reason Cheap shot don’t have DR on my character 
And for some reason rogues gain combo points, doing damage AND stun my char, this passive is not working for me at all.
