How big of a difference do you guys think there is going to be in PVE DPS with an Orc Warlock compared to any other race of lock? Assuming the Orc knows how to time the racial pops and everything etc
Just play the race u like how its looking and animations.
1% max dps diference its not worth to sacrifice if u like belf or ud more.
If u like orc- will be by a rly small margin the best for pve.

There is not much to know about, it’s on a 2min cd, same as almost every dps trinket, and since multiplicative effects synergise better the more spellpower there is, it’s macroed into th etrinket, end of story.
As to the atcual question:
Orcs do pull the highest numbers hands down, as they basically have a built-in dps trinket. Next are humans/gnomes as they get free hit from Dranei Racial Aura.
Undead look cool and are great in PvP, but dps wise they come in last among Locks.
Depends on the spec and if you go into a raid or a dungeon.
If you play demo the 5% pet dmg + the racial will be more than
because the dmg your pet does in heroics can be way higher.
for the spec in the t5 to t6 raids it will be less, because you most lickly will not be using a pet. But using the racial + trinkets can be a big burst and a lasting dps difference between races that have non of that.
If you want to try hard, you will have no choice but orc ^^
I find Orc the “best” choice for a warlock in TBC.
The stun resist is still usefull in PvP & the pet damage + spell power racial are good in PvE
Dwarf paladin is best orc warlock.
