Been thinking about my current legendary setup and was about to maybe make my third one just because i want to try something new. Heard that the Sephuz’s Proclamation does actually stack with the stun duration so that alone made me a bit interested!
I also learned that the pvp trinket does not stack. How about the Familiar Predicaments soul bind?
The duration of incoming interrupt, snare, and root effects are reduced by 25%?
Maybe i am just dreaming away and maybe i should just keep to my unhinged since i do love it.
