the real problem is that in low Lvl is not enough hit on items
no one need an 1 Agi enchant for cloaks
add 1 Hit and why the hit sharpening stones just works in bfd?
add more hit items in p2 for everyone

U do realize, that horde got BoK? But did the alliance get purge, chain lightning and frost shock to a class to compensate? No, ofc not.

I’m the first who want to give it to you by: give undead paladin to horde and dwarf shaman to alliance, but the stupid people who want “no change” have too much influence even in SoD… stupids
Blizz is guilty too they don’t reflect like the old Blizz, with the old Blizz this situation would be already solved
They know, they can’t argue the point, so they either try to derail it like this with irrelevant arguments or they try to troll/harrass you and turn it into a personal fight.
These are the two methods forum trolls use, I am quite experienced now after so many years.

The orc racial is so powerful that on each server there is an over-representation of the horde… oh wait, I’m told no, it’s systematically the alliance which is in surplus… I don’t understand the reason ?

Seriously stop using false arguments to try to prove you’re right, it’s ridiculous. 
A vast majority of players choses Alliance for the aesthetics not for the “powerful” racials.
It was the same during vanilla, why would it be different now ?
You want to see horde with more players ? Add blood elves and you’ll see many alliance players changing side.
Hold up, alliance has really strong racials too. Don’t get me wrong.
It’s just that they are PvE racials. Human’s sword/mace specialization is insane in PvE. So is dwarf priest’s fear ward (its changed in SoD for all priests though).
Orc stun resist and Undead WotF is just way too powerful in PvP.
So if you want to minmax in PvE, it’s actually a solid choice to go with alliance, especially if you are a melee class.
And then, the aesthetics also make momgamers and furries roll alliance too, that’s another thing.
I have put this very straight earlier. Alliance population has nothing to do with PvP. PvPers are always a minority of players playing wow. We saw that in classic, statistics are out there, it’s factual and proven. 95% of the playerbase in classic didn’t even go above rank 4 in pvp, so the vast majority of players don’t give a damn about pvp racials when they create their characters.
That is correct.
Population of actual PvPers that are not just some random plankton to be eaten, is a small minority, yet they scream the loudest.
Such is the nature of the beast.
The issue with Hardiness (25% passive stun resist on orcs) is that it is PASSIVE and has no internal cd. While all other PvP related racials (human perception, dwarf stone form, troll berserking, gnome escape artist etc.) are 3-min cds and require the player to press a button that has a long cooldown.
If they made it like:
- Orc racial (hardiness): Increases your chance to resist stuns by 25% for 20 seconds, 3 minutes cooldown:
People wouldn’t have a big problem with this. Because it would require some brain cells to use it and make it where you can play around it.
But right now, giving a PASSIVE 25% stun resist that requires no skill, no brain, no awareness, is just ridicilous.
This was a design mistake Blizzard did when they were inexperienced with game design, then they fixed it later down the line. Same goes with Every Man For Himself, the human racial that was ridicilously OP later on and made all the PvPers go human in cata/mop.
What they could do is simply make it like in Retail where it reduces duration of incoming stuns instead.

They could just do nothing and let the history do the rest. It’s a good racial, but then for every time it works, there are 3 times it does nothing as well.
why are you still talking about this? you are talking about racial balance while don’t even have the same classes in both factions and on top of that you ask for a nerf on the least populated one.

Horde have been most populated since 2019 to SoD
And the next phase horde gonna do a massacre with shamans, they gonna instant kill everything, and we return to the old state of the game
