Ore nodes spawning and disappearing, no log of who collected them

I’m standing at the same spot over the ore node and it spawns under me I’m talking 30 yards away it takes me a few seconds to reach it and when I do I start mining; Animation happens and cast bar goes by and…

NOTHING!

It just disappears, I’m the only person there, There is Nothing in the log about someone else mining the node.
Is this a layering issue? phasing? People flying too fast and the game can’t keep up? Or am i going crazy?

Got the same problem, i get even EXP for the node, but no loot. if i fly away in another party of the map, it respawns. and as soon as i go back it despawns.

i assume sth to do with their layer/shardin not working correctly.
