Not only that, but Stormwind mechanics are way more annoying, the jump mechanic, the slow while moving, unavoidable sanity loss, Jesus Christ blizzard wtf are you doing? Aside from the ptr testing, but do you even have an internal testing team before you put out this kind of content?
Well, i mean, looking at corruption effects, which at launch some were basically an order of magnitude stronger i guess the answer is no.
They are the same type of content, ofc they should be relatively balanced, what’s the point of doing stormwind if orgrimmar is much easier for the same reward?
And also, imagine doing a full clear with all the masks on, orgrimmar is gonna be way easier, i did the full clear of orgrimmar pretty easy, the stormwind one is way more difficult, like not even close.
It would be nice there wasn’t a limit for storing vessels and coal, when we are supposed to save for the good week We are getting to the weeks where we need 2-3-4 runs for the upgrade. And after that it gets even more with a small break of just 1.
Yeah i agree, vessels should be both stackable and be able to have what 10? with no limit on CV stored. Eeven if it’s the final rank. you’ll need 9 runs to complete the 14-15 upgrade. so Basically 2 weeks.
Why? I enjoy both, as do my guild who i run them with. It’s a shame i cant do more of them.
Once you’re at Rank 15+, Blizzard previously announced that there will be more upgrades to the Cloak AFTER you hit Rank 15 through Horrific Visions. Once you hit Rank 15, then you can do Horrific Visions with a Mask and/or kill N’zoth to upgrade the Corruption Resistance on your cloak further.
It looks like the recently added Malefic Core will be the Core for this step and this will upgrade your Cloak’s Corruption Resistance by 3.

It should be pretty obvious what i am talking about, but somehow you do not get it.
If the content gives the same reward, and one is clearly much more difficult than the other, then what is the point of doing the stormwind half of the content, if you could just do the orgrimmar vision?
Obviously this doesn’t reflect well of blizzard, because they clearly did not test it.
Not that I disagree, but these affixes aren’t unique to stormwind. We’ve just had some pretty rotten luck of the draw so far. Anyone who’s been running mask of the pained has experienced hot feet in Orgrimmar.
Also there’s a lot of unavoidable sanity loss from bosses in Orgrimmar too, just they’re a lot further in.
I don’t find one harder than the other in my experience (both solo and in teams). I do find the stormwind one more arduous sure because of its layout but that’s about it.
One of the lost zones you have a (mini)boss that jumps all the time and slows you We just missed to kill it on our last sanities. Not able to catch it.
