Oribos feels like airport

And after that hit me only i can imagine is soon you hear " flight to bastion leaves at gate 4 and is now ready to boarding" I know souls were send from there to differend places before mäw turned to favourite tourist trap but airport not really fit to fantasy its too real

That is what it’s supposed to be like :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

(Not that I’m a huge fan of Oribos either)

Would be more cool if there were like planes /like blimps where multiple people got on it and it went in certain times way more cool than anima wyrm.

What a missed opportunity.

This is SL. Journey starts at icecrown one of epic places of this game, then you can enjoy boost on mäw by Jaina and Thrall and some dk’s ( spoiler : boost get faster when abduin and baine join your group) you can literally tag everything and they kill it for you. What reminds me that someone sayed that mäw is rough place there is not that someone good guy what is always everywhere, and what is first you see after you find Jaina? Repair vendor and its on place where you not get scratch cause Thrall and buddies Kills all for you. Then you end to airport and ride with sprmatozoon to glorious battles. WoD was masterpiece compared to this.

Almost as confusing as Charles De Gaulle :stuck_out_tongue:

I also want a debuff while you are in Oribos called “Stress” and it receives stacks. At every 10 stacks there’s a temporary motion blur making you worried. Every 20 stacks, sometimes together with motion blur, you feel the urge of checking a made up ticket that leaves to different destinations and you have to ask the NPCs of where your gate is at, despite it being close by.

I feel some thought needs to be put into having the capital cities being hubs in future expansions. If done right, it wont diminish any RP value while it might even help the game.

In terms of Oribos itself, I was taking my daily doze of copium thinking that it will allow flying when it arrives but in the way its set up, one mitigating option would be to give players passive speed buff when unmounted. Same applies to the venthyr/necro covenants and its not like it wasnt done before (the pala and priest class halls come to mind).

impossible

"Good evening players and welcome to Oribos International. Next flight departing for World Boss in 5 minutes, please line up at the flight master and present your pathfinders. Horde only flights to the Maw are delayed due to a serious back up at Venari’s Refuge, please bear-form with us as we wait for the Horde to get bored and go do Kroke or something…ahem.

Also, we keep receiving reports of adventurers jumping into the middle of our flight path network and do cool jumps and spins.
Please contine to do this at your own risk, management take no responsibilty for injuries of any kind…no matter how cool you think you look…yes, you…!

Thanks for flying Oribos Air, enjoy the flight"
