At the moment I can play WoW with OSX 10.13.6 even though isn’t supported. Will it still with work with expansion 10.0?

You can see provisional specs in the link I’ve given below. They are subject to change because the software is in Beta form. You will see the minimum supported OS version for Macs is currently 10.15.
It’s impossible to say if Dragonflight will work with the version of MacOS you’re using, but if it doesn’t there is unlikely to be much to be done about it.
