hello, i have complete all speps, and when place the Overflowing Fish Barrel to the place where old empy barrel was otto dosnt spawn… bugged or i do something wrong ?
Happened to me too today. Turned in the completed barrel twice but just the empty barrel that you pick up spawned again and no sight of Otto. Pretty sure it’s bugged.
fixed, addons off and otto apear!!
dont know if addons is must off …
