Right mastery aint any good for outlaw. It aint any good for subtlety too and for asas worths a little bit.
Any chance someone to explain why in the vault we have to get 3 items with top mastery with outlaw loot spec?
Vault does not really takr in account the Best stats for the spec, so I guess you just got unlucky.
Mastery is good for sub, sin and outlaw. You might want to sim your character to find out yourself.
