I have problem that sometimes BTE won’t go off, even with CD up and full combo points. Have to do for example Dispatch or other combo points spender and then BTE works again

I confirm this on my side. BtE does not trigger until I use another spell that consumes combo points. Rarity of this bug is like once in 10-15 minutes of gameplay.
