[Outlaw Rogue] Best Talent Build for Solo Kills in Battlegrounds (No Tier / No Crafted Gear)

Hi everyone,

I’ve been playing Outlaw Rogue in Random Battlegrounds (after farming 675/678 gear) with the specific goal of focusing purely on single-target pressure — picking off one player at a time with high kill potential. I’m looking to optimize my build specifically for this role, and I’m hoping to get some feedback from others who’ve experimented in a similar gear situation.

Context:
• I’m currently in full conquest gear (PvP ilvl 675/678).
• I don’t have any tier set bonuses (not even one piece).
• I’m not using any crafted gear or embellishments.
• My focus is not on utility or teamfight pressure, but purely on deleting enemy players one at a time.

Talent Dilemma: Fatebound vs Trickster
In my experience, I tend to get more kills running Trickster, mainly because Killing Spree is fantastic for finishing off targets, especially when they’re isolated or low on defensives. However, I recently learned that Killing Spree can also be chosen while going Fatebound, which made me question if I’m missing out on potential synergies.

From what I understand:
• Trickster offers a cleaner burst window with Killing Spree and more direct kill pressure.
• Fatebound could offer stronger synergy overall, but maybe only when you have the tier set and crafted gear with embellishments to support it.

What I Need Help With:
• In the specific case of no tier set and no crafted gear, which tree — Fatebound or Trickster — gives better value for raw single-target kill pressure in battlegrounds?
• What’s the best full talent build (both base Rogue tree and Outlaw tree) for this niche — solo target deletion in BGs with full conquest gear?
• Are there any underrated PvP talents or synergies I should be taking into account for this setup?

I feel like there’s real potential in optimizing for this kill-chasing playstyle, but without access to key set bonuses or crafted effects, I want to make sure I’m not gimping myself by picking the wrong spec path.

Appreciate any input or theorycrafting — especially from others running similar gear setups.

Thanks in advance!
