I want a dual wield class, that doesn’t have magic. Won’t be playing off specs.
What is usually better in pvp and Pve (m+)
It changes all the time. Both are usually considered to be strong. So I guess the question to direct back at you is, do you want stealth or plate armor?
Rogue is better for PvP, always. But I found them extremely boring to play since Legion’s overhaul.
Fury’s lack of tools (CC, survival, anything) makes them kind of trash for competitive PvP, as well as very frustrating to play in solo content or random BGs since you’re relient on a healer.
So, I’d play neither. Make a survival hunter.
Rogues do use magic… where do you think they conjure those guns, ropes and dice from?

One uses 1 handed weapons, the other 2 handed weapons.
Rogues been pretty popular for high keys since the first MDI, and is still really popular. Warriors I’ve only seen as tanks I think (atlest for the MDI ones I’ve watched).
If you just want to chill and play, choose the one that you find the most fun, try both classes out best way to find which you wanna play.

Fury warrior. It’s the most manly of the two specs.
Pulling out a pistol is manly too. I have read about the wild West aha.
It is a hard choice, fury is just well furiously good and outlaw is so sly and graceful aha.

PVP fury is probably better than outlaw.
M+ rogue is hands down not even remotely close stronger.
How about assassination rogue?
I tried to go back to my war in preparation for 8.3 ( usually fury warriors do crazy dps at the end of every expansion ).
I was astonished that it felt bland and boring with a limited toolset compared to my rogue. This applies to open world, pvp, wpvp, m+ and raids.
I mained fury war since MoP but couldn’t find myself going back to it, fun and a tool-shed was more important to me than numbers in the end.

Fury warrior for pvp, outlaw rogue for pve.
Outlaw is probably better in pvp than fury is in m+, although fury’s better in non-aoe raid fights.
both are good, been recently playing a fury warrior & im loving the crowd control the class has. outlaw rogues only have 1 crowd control skill that makes all of your attacks dmg most of your enemies when attacking for x amount of seconds.
fury warrior makes me feel more badass, but i also miss rogues ability to just skip trash mobs & instantly lose agro at the push of a button.
if your interested in transmogs then outlaw rogues can get this 1 transmog set that was removed from a game by doing this secret quest available only to outlaw rogues
