Highest damage on details every game
Infinite CC
Unkillable
Too much CDR, vanish CDR needs a huge nerf
Also fix the broken PVE ring thank you

no it’s doing 20-25% of outlaws dmg

Actions per minute. The ring procs from actions, not dots. So WW, Fury, Pirate rogue do big dam with it.
