Outlaw tier set and etc

Does it have any sense to compare with season 1 2p bonus, but this one (especially in pvp 50% overall nefr) with bleed which does 800-1800 damage procs is hilarious, i mean (talking about pvp) with all of sh*t we have on outlaw even SET bonus is full garbage.

IMO current outlaw with dance and etc. has very decent and enjoyable playstyle, it feels good, seems this spec has everything we need, but at the same time spec is weak…

Maybe cuz our burst increase not damage, but haste, maybe cuz of BONES which is tooo random, or maybe cuz any shot do max 80k damage. I mean, when i press some buttons on other spec i can feel the power, here not the same… idk

I don’t want outlaw to be a meta like it was last seasons in SL, but anyway want to see it a bit stronger.

Outlaw dps is meh. Not terrible, but it never should’ve been gutted in 10.7.
Other classes are doing some broken af dps and theyre not getting nerfed for “over performing” like outlaw did, and outlaw was never “overperforming” in the first place.

All they did was break the playstyle and now we’re left with a class that needs to be buffed back up again. Balance team are a joke.
