Overall dps class healing

Everybody heals so damn much right bow exept the classes that actually should.

Can we go back to the old days and establish a line between hybrids and non hybrids?

In what fantasy world should a raw damage class like a warrior, rogue or mage have more healing done than a paladin or shaman for example?

Looking at the meters after every Battleground i find it funny when I see a mage have more healing done than I did as a ret.

Yea, that self-healing is pretty retarded and we are not even at max versatility yet. A 2-5 min fight between 2 pure damage-dealing classes is not really fun. It doesn’t need to be a one-shot fiesta like in SoD but versatility is enough, the endless self-healing on top of extreme damage reduction skills and versatility is simply way too much.

Feral and Fury are the real problems right now
Those two do way way to much dmg and healing, Nerf the dmg or the healing
Can not have both
Frost is also just ridiculous with the shields for over half a healthbar

Not necesarily the point I was trying to make. Some classes should heal, others whouldn’t. Mage for example with alter time, that blink talent and the half HP absorb and iceblock regen top off any selfhealing I can output as a pally, and that’s just wrong. Rogues with their stealth regen, warrior with their whatever does it… You get the idea. Warriors, mages, rogues, hunters should not have sustain outside of 1 defensive but should instead be given the utility to make up for it. Which they mostly do, and let us hybrids (ret paladins, enhancement/ele shamans, feral/boomie druids) actually do some healing. My current FOL in full honor gear in a pvp environment is 300k and wog is 500k for 3 holy power and 25k mana. That’s just lazy on blizz side when taking into account that we have 7 mil HP.
